AI-Predicted Antimicrobial Compound Validation Against Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Project Description

Project Overview

Living In Silico Inc. is seeking a consultant or Contract Research Organization (CRO) with expertise in antimicrobial susceptibility testing to validate four AI-predicted small-molecule compounds against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Our proprietary graph neural network (GNN) platform has identified several candidate compounds predicted to exhibit antibacterial activity against P. aeruginosa. We are now seeking experimental validation through standardized microbiological testing.

Scope of Work

The successful consultant will:

    • Perform minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) testing using CLSI or EUCAST guidelines.
    • Evaluate four supplied compounds against a panel of approximately 15 Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates, including both antibiotic-susceptible and multidrug-resistant clinical strains.
    • Include appropriate quality control strains and comparator antibiotics.
    • Provide raw MIC values in Excel format.
    • Summarize experimental methods and any notable observations.

Desired Expertise

We are looking for individuals or organizations with experience in:

  • Clinical microbiology
  • Antimicrobial susceptibility testing
  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa biology
  • CLSI and/or EUCAST methodologies
  • Antibiotic resistance research
  • Academic or industrial microbiology laboratories

Experience working with multidrug-resistant Gram-negative pathogens is highly desirable.

Materials

The four test compounds will be supplied by Living In Silico Inc. Additional details regarding compound handling and shipping will be shared after execution of a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
